My Role

As a Visual Designer at Sam’s Club, I was responsible for creating digital media and prints for product marketing such as landing pages, emails, banners, and direct mails. SAVINGS & PERKS REDESIGN

The reason to redesign it was because we had been running the same creative for over a year. We wanted to freshen it up, align better with the current branding and see if we could improve the email performance at all.

The concept of this layout is to try to make it easy to read, build the hierarchy of the number to show the customer how much they have been saving from being the Sam's Club membership. I also updated icons to match the website dashboard worked closely with the UX team.

When we ran the creative A/B test, we saw a +17.42% (at 100% confidence level) lift in the email click-thru rate. Given the increase in performance, we decided to default to this design.

In-App Landing

Since the Savings&Perks campaign default design got approval. I used the same asset on the in-app landing as well.
